Why Sartell Properties Need Professional Tree Care

Sartell is one of the few cities in the region that has to think about trees in two counties at once: the Mississippi splits it between Stearns County on the west bank and Benton County on the east, and the two sides grow differently. East-bank lots along Riverside Avenue and County Road 1 hold the oldest canopy — river-bottom silver maple and cottonwood that grow fast, drop limbs, and lean toward the water. The west side is younger: boulevard maples and ash planted with the subdivisions spreading from Pinecone Road out to Blackberry Ridge, with open exposure to wind coming off the farmland beyond.
